Stop fighting with your body

Lately, the perfect female body has to be small, slim and with big tits. The anorexic bodies are usually introduced as the most attractive ones. Stop believing all what the media says. Start accepting the body-type that god gave you, the pretty one. Take the decision to live with acceptance and grace instead of suffering and self-hate. 

Celebrities` photos showing their outstanding hipbones, bony breasts, few splits, and gorgeous collarbones on their shoulders are not any more stunning. They show us the look that we should look like.

The media is acting insanely. All what it does is showing us photo after photo of the same female celebrity and how she got more skinny than before. They introduce those women as beauty icons.

v  The greatest Los Angeles` store, serving celebrities, has only 0-8 sizes.
v  The average size of most of the American women is 12 or 14.
v  Most celebrities wear the waist size 28 for jeans.
v  Typical women wear the size 34 for jeans.
 
According to a new celebrity magazine: the most popular 5 actors have the following heights and weights:

(1)- Terri Hatcher: 5-6 \ 109 pounds.
(2)- Kate Bosworth: 5-7 \ 107 pounds.
(3)- Lindsey Lohan: 5-5 \ 105 pounds.
(4)- Joan Allen: 5-10 \ 110 pounds.
(5)- Victoria Beckham: 5-6 \ 105 pounds.

They are all significantly underweight. This is as we mentioned above the starvation imagery and the most well-known beauty idol, Anorexic-type bodies. 

Any female has become expected to have a lean, thin, and trim body. She is also expected to have firm and ripped muscles in addition to six-pack abs. you must be thinking that I`m detailing the body of a man! Because the only remaining feature of an "ideal woman" is her "artificial, plastic tits!" that her natural ones vanish because of her being underweight. 

  All of the above mentioned features of the ideal thin, boyish body are the result of the "Brainwashing" media has done to us. It is about a 100 year of brainwashing. I know that" brainwashing" is a very powerful word. But it is the truth that a huge number of women are watching about 400-700 images of skinny women that media introduces for them every day.  

Body problems that most of the women are facing and trying to work on them such as; rounded bellies, curvy thighs, and fat hips. These problems are in fact the healthy characteristics of a woman`s body. 

Stop your suffering. Now, it is the time for all of us to ignore media and accept our natural beautiful bodies. We must learn how to live with inner-peace and self-acceptance instead of the suffering. 

The following numbers are showing that most of us are not satisfied with their own natural bodies:

v  53% of 13 old girls.
v  78% of 17 old girls.
v  80% of adult women.

Why don`t we appreciate all body types…Both the thin ones and thecurvy ones.
Why don`t every one of us accept his\her body. Not to try to get fatter or slimmer. All of our natural body types are beautiful.
We have to know and to be sure that the bodies we were born with are the perfect and the best body types that we could ever have.

How can we do this?

v  Stop buying these clothes with the starvation image.
v  Don`t do to those movies with skinny celebrity.
v  Call those companies and tell them in a tough voice tone that they are presenting uncaring photos.
v  Avoid all of those TV shows, fashion magazines, and any other media which presents only the skinny women. You also have to know that only 5% of the American women are underweight in a natural way while in media it is 87%!
v  Recreate the old awareness and meaning of the feminine beauty. A female`s beauty could be found in all body types. Old art is a very good example. Getting back to the old art pieces will help you a lot..
v  Again, teach your eyes how to appreciate the normal and natural woman`s body.
v  Stop talking about both yours and others` gain or loss of weight.
v  Stop looking at the world with your anorexic eyes which you`ve used a lot lately. Appreciate all the women all over the world. Be sure that those natural curves are beautiful.
v  Be proud and grateful

Ignore the starvation imagery propaganda. You are naturally beautiful. Accept the body that god gave you that it`s the only one you have and it is worthy of your love, acceptance, and respect.
